LEHNER AirDos® – pneumatic hose spreader for seed, fertiliser and microgranules

The LEHNER AirDos® is a pneumatic hose spreader for working widths from 0.8 to 4 m. It is used when spreading material needs to be integrated into existing work processes in a targeted and even manner – for example during soil cultivation or grassland maintenance.

What applications is the AirDos® suitable for?

The spreader handles fine to medium spreading materials such as cover crops, undersown crops, grasses, microgranules and fertiliser. The blower system actively distributes the material via 8 outlets – independently of wind or driving speed, provided the setting remains constant.

AUTO-DOSIS is optionally available. This automatically adjusts the application rate to the driving speed. This is particularly useful when:

• work is frequently carried out at changing speeds
• a constant application rate per hectare is important

How flexible is its use?

The AirDos® is usually mounted on cultivators, harrows, rollers or other implements. The aim is to integrate sowing or fertilisation directly into existing work processes. This eliminates an additional pass.
