Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

In the case of a contract for several goods which you have ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us, to

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
For goods that cannot normally be returned by post (freight items), the return costs are estimated at €1.50/kg. This is an estimate for transport within Germany; actual costs may vary depending on distance and carrier. 

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Entrepreneurs 

The right of withdrawal described above applies only to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. Entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) are neither granted a statutory nor contractual right of withdrawal, unless explicitly and in writing agreed otherwise in the individual case.
