LEHNER LIMAX® – 12-volt slug pellet spreader for even application
The LEHNER LIMAX® is a 12-volt slug pellet spreader for precise application at working widths from 3 to 30 metres. Thanks to the adjustable spreading disc speed, the working width can be flexibly adapted to different applications – directly from the driver’s seat.
A well-designed spreading system with two long throwing vanes, 90 adjustment options and a feed point adjustment of +/- 20° ensures an even spreading pattern. In combination with the central material transfer and the adjustable slide unit, the slug pellets are distributed in a controlled and even manner.
Working width and adjustment
The spreading width is regulated via the speed and can be adjusted at any time. This makes the LIMAX® suitable both for smaller areas and for wide working ranges.
How is the application rate set?
Metering is continuously variable via the LAS4 control unit or – depending on the version – via the LISA app. In addition, the speed of the spreading disc can be adjusted. Signals provide information about a low fill level or deviations in the slide position.
Drive and performance
The spreader operates with a 12 V electric motor with 300 watts. The speed range is 200 to 3,000 rpm, and the operating voltage is 12 to 15 volts.
Which hopper sizes are available?
The LIMAX® is available in 70 l, 110 l and 170 l. The larger versions are available either with a control unit or app control. A relief roof and an outlet spout make handling easier in daily use.
Practical equipment
Equipment includes a stainless steel slide, tool-free mounting and removal of the hopper and an automatic start function for settled spreading material. Preparation for headland management is included as standard.
What mounting options are available?
The spreader can be used with various mounts, including pick-up mount, three-point frame (CAT 0, I, II) and implement triangle. Additional accessories for headland management are available.
